1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the batpkr platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:
- Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. batpkr enforces a hard 21+ age restriction on all account holders without exception. This requirement applies regardless of the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed by yourself on any batpkr account, whether current or previously held. If you have previously self-excluded, you are not permitted to open a new account until the exclusion period has formally lapsed.
- Not a restricted person: You must not be a director, officer, employee, or immediate family member of a director, officer, or employee of batpkr or any associated company.
Age verification: batpkr reserves the right to request identity documents confirming date of birth at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the return of net
deposits less any winnings derived from underage play.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access the betting, casino, and card game services offered by batpkr, you must create a registered account. By completing the registration process you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
- One account only: Each individual may register and maintain only one batpkr account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
- Accurate information: You are required to provide your legal name, valid date of birth, a working email address, and accurate contact details during registration. batpkr is not liable for service failures arising from inaccurate information supplied by the account holder.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. batpkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Any activity conducted through your account whilst your credentials are active is deemed to have been conducted by you.
- Notification of breach: You must notify batpkr immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. batpkr will investigate and take appropriate action, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
- KYC verification: batpkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with its international gaming license obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on batpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). batpkr supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial activity on your account:
- Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit threshold applies and is displayed in the cashier section of your account. batpkr reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
- Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with the payment method used. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed in real time following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three working days.
- Same-method rule: batpkr applies a same-payment-method withdrawal policy wherever technically possible. Funds deposited via JazzCash will be returned via JazzCash. This policy exists to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations under our international gaming license.
- Own funds only: You may only deposit and withdraw funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
- No charge-backs: Initiating a charge-back or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of a genuine batpkr transaction constitutes fraud. batpkr reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means.
- Currency: All balances, wager amounts, and payouts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is performed on the batpkr platform.
Transaction fees: batpkr does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. batpkr is not responsible for fees levied by third-party financial service providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
batpkr offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is clearly stated on each promotion. batpkr does not issue bonuses without stated wagering requirements.
- Eligible games: Not all games on the batpkr platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, cricket betting, and card game rooms may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
- Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonus funds are non-recoverable.
- One bonus at a time: Only one promotional bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless batpkr expressly states otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- Abuse prevention: batpkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated group play, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Decisions made by batpkr in such cases are final.
- Territorial restrictions: Certain promotions may be restricted by player location. Eligibility is confirmed at the point of opt-in.
5. Betting Rules & Casino Terms
The following rules apply to all betting, casino, and card game activity conducted on the batpkr platform:
- Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued by batpkr's system. batpkr reserves the right to decline any bet prior to confirmation without providing a reason.
- Odds and pricing: All odds displayed on the batpkr sportsbook are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to settlement. batpkr is not liable for displayed odds that were the result of a manifest error.
- Manifest errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or under conditions that were the result of an obvious error — including a technical fault, data feed error, or human pricing mistake — batpkr reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
- Live betting: In-play cricket and sports markets are subject to delay between the real-world event and the platform's data feed. batpkr is not liable for bets accepted on markets that were technically closed or resulted at the moment the bet was submitted, where the delay arose from the player's network connection or device performance.
- Casino RNG: All slot games and virtual table games on batpkr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited as part of our international gaming license obligations. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages.
- Card game rooms: Callbreak and Pool Rummy rooms on batpkr operate on a player-versus-player basis. batpkr's role is that of platform operator only. Rake charges applicable to card game rooms are disclosed within the relevant game lobbies.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the batpkr platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person to do so.
- Providing false or misleading identity, age, or contact information during registration or subsequent verification.
- Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any software designed to obtain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event available for betting on batpkr.
- Laundering funds or using the batpkr platform to conceal the origin of funds derived from criminal activity.
- Depositing funds using a payment account that does not belong to you, or facilitating deposits or withdrawals on behalf of third parties.
- Colluding with other players in card game rooms to gain an unfair advantage over uninvolved participants.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in the batpkr platform for financial gain.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or batpkr support staff through any communication channel.
Reporting obligations: batpkr is required under its international gaming license to report suspected money laundering, fraud, and match-fixing activity to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Account information may be disclosed in connection with such reports without prior notification to the account holder.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
batpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may trigger suspension or termination:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
- Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months.
- Receipt of a charge-back or payment dispute initiated by the account holder.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the account holder, batpkr reserves the right to retain any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play. Real money deposits that are not subject to ongoing dispute will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting batpkr support. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within two working days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batpkr's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- batpkr is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses of any nature arising from platform use, whether or not batpkr was advised of the possibility of such losses.
- batpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. batpkr will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.
- batpkr is not responsible for losses resulting from the account holder's failure to maintain secure login credentials, including losses arising from unauthorised third-party access.
- batpkr's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
Gambling risk acknowledgement: By registering with batpkr, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your account. batpkr does not guarantee winnings of any kind. Please play only with funds you can afford to lose.
9. Responsible Gaming
batpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
- Session time reminders: Players may configure automatic session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous platform use.
- Cooling-off periods: Players may apply a short-term cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which their account will be suspended from all gaming activity. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once applied.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling has become harmful may apply for full self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months. Self-excluded players are prohibited from re-registering with batpkr until the exclusion period has formally expired and a cooling-off review has been completed. batpkr will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.
- Reality checks: The platform provides periodic on-screen notifications showing the duration of the current session and the net financial result of activity during that session.

10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which batpkr holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
- Informal resolution first: Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are required to contact batpkr support and allow a reasonable period of not less than 14 days for informal resolution. The vast majority of account, payment, and gaming disputes are resolved at this stage.
- Formal complaints: Where informal resolution is not achieved, players may submit a formal written complaint to batpkr's compliance team. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and a substantive response provided within 28 days.
- Final decisions: In all matters relating to the settlement of bets, the determination of bonus eligibility, and the application of platform rules, batpkr's decision — once issued following the formal complaints process — is final and binding.
11. Amendments to Terms
batpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the batpkr platform prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the batpkr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change. Account closure requests submitted in response to a terms amendment will be processed on a priority basis.
